Bayshore Sea View
The Bayshore Sea View project is located in the sub district of Rawai, more specific, the south-east part of the Phuket Island. There is a 5 min. drive to the Andaman sea. The whole project is being built on a side of a small mountain, and this beautifull location gives each apartment a stunning view overlooking the Andaman sea.
The 24 apartments of the project are each of equal size – approx. 80 sqm. There are 2 stories, on each storey 12 apartments making the total of 24 apartments. These apartments are divided into 3 different buildings units A-B-C.
Common areas will include a beautifully palm landscaped green area, witch include a big swimming pool area with sun beds and shaded area for relaxing. At the edge of this green area, there will be a small mini market and a restaurant. A fulltime gardener / handy-man, will take care of this area. The entire project will be surrounded by a 2 meter security wall. Security staff and maintains staff will be available.
